Terms & Conditions
Please read carefully before applying to the Knit Knotch collaboration program.
1 Eligibility & Product Purchase
An active, genuine Instagram profile is required, with family, mom, and kids-focused creators preferred. Fake followers or engagement manipulation will result in rejection. All products must be purchased through knitknotch.com with valid purchase proof. Free product requests before approval are not entertained.
2 Content, Review & Approval
Videos must be original, authentic, minimum 1080p, well-lit, and child-friendly. Content must be approved on WhatsApp before posting. A genuine Google review with at least 2 photographs is mandatory. All deliverables must be completed within 7 days of product delivery. Posting without prior approval disqualifies reimbursement eligibility.
3 Reimbursement & Payment
Reimbursement covers the cost of one outfit per collaboration and is processed only when all requirements — purchase proof, Google review with photos, video quality, WhatsApp approval, and Instagram posting — are fully met. Payments are released on the second Saturday of every month. Complete all deliverables before the 25th to be paid on the following month's second Saturday, otherwise payment moves to the month after.
4 Affiliate Commission & Rules
Every creator automatically becomes a Knit Knotch Affiliate Partner upon completing the collaboration. A unique coupon code and referral link will be issued. Commission of 10% is earned on every completed, non-returned order placed using your coupon code. Commission is calculated on the final order value excluding shipping, taxes, returns, and cancellations. Orders that are cancelled, refunded, or returned are not eligible for commission. Knit Knotch reserves the right to modify commission rates with prior notice.
5 Content Usage & Paid Selection
By participating, creators grant Knit Knotch the right to reuse submitted content across promotions, paid ads, website, and social media campaigns, with credit where possible. Selection for the paid long-term program is based on quality, creativity, brand alignment, consistency, and audience relevance. Submission alone does not guarantee selection.
6 Fraud, Misuse & Policy Updates
Any fake orders, manipulated screenshots, misleading claims, fake reviews, or policy misuse will result in permanent disqualification from the program and forfeiture of any pending reimbursement or commission. Knit Knotch reserves the right to update or modify collaboration and affiliate policies at any time without prior notice.
