Shipping & Exchange Policy

At KNIT KNOTCH, we want every order to reach you smoothly and fit perfectly. This policy explains how we ship your products and how exchanges work if something isn't quite right.

1 Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is packed and ready to ship.

2 Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India through trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro cities: 2–4 business days
  • Other cities & towns: 4–7 business days
  • Remote / rural areas: 7–10 business days
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS and email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

3 Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999. For orders below this value, a flat shipping fee of ₹60 applies. Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders may carry a small additional handling charge, shown at checkout.

4 Delays

While we aim to deliver on time, delays may occasionally occur due to weather, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances. KNIT KNOTCH is not liable for delays caused by the courier once the order has been handed over for shipping.

5 Exchange Eligibility

We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • Original tags and packaging are intact.
  • You need a different size, colour, or received a defective item.
  • A shipping and handling fee of ₹60 will be charged per order for all exchange requests.

6 How to Request an Exchange

To start an exchange, email us at knitknotch@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order number and reason. Our team will guide you through pickup or self-ship instructions. Once we receive and inspect the item, your replacement will be dispatched within 3–5 business days.

7 Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following cannot be exchanged:

  • Innerwear, socks, and intimate apparel.
  • Items marked "Final Sale" or bought during clearance.
  • Products that are used, washed, or damaged by the customer.

8 Exchange Charges

A shipping and handling fee of ₹60 will be charged per order for all exchange requests.
